Returns/Damaged Items

 

Thank you for being a valued UPRVR Customer. We put a lot of effort into making sure that you get the highest quality products on the market.

 

Damaged Items

If an item has been damaged or broken, please email support@uprvr.com with:

  1. A picture of the damaged item.
  2. Your order number.
  3. Your emailed receipt.

We will be happy to send you new items, refund you or provide you with store credit.  

 Return/Refund

If you would like to return an item, please email support@uprvr.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Your emailed receipt.
  3. A reason for the return

If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label for you to send the items back to us (Via USPS).

After we receive the items, an email will be sent to you to confirm your refund or return. Also please note that there is a $5 restocking fee (per item) that will be deducted from the refund amount. (Funds may take 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account)
